KEY FROM GOD’S WORD:
            Exodus 8:31 And the LORD did according to the word of Moses; and he removed the swarms of flies from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people; there remained not one.


THOUGHT ON GOD’S WORD:
            Sometimes we think of God as our personal genie. Make a wish and God is supposed to make it come true. The verse above says God did everything according to the words of Moses. Nevertheless, to really understand this verse you must read all the verses before it. Why is reading all those verses important? Because what you will find is, Moses did everything according to the words of God. You see, for us to expect God to do our will it must be that our will is in alignment with His will. Like the Lord’s example prayers say “thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”


CARRYING THAT THOUGHT THROUGH THE DAY:
            As we go through this day with our laundry list of requests for God, let’s just stop for a second and ask God to make what we desire, to be exactly what He would desire. Then step back and watch how God will answer the prayers in His will.
